Why You're in Good Hands

I bring both lived experience and professional training into every session.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1,000+ hours of coaching experience. My work blends personal development, executive coaching, and trauma-informed care to support people who are ready to stop surviving and start living on their own terms.

My approach is grounded in:
– Emotional intelligence
– Somatic and nervous system awareness
– Energy leadership (ELI)
– Boundaries and communication work
– Trauma-informed tools for real-world challenges

I’m certified through the prestigious iPEC program, trained as a trauma-informed facilitator by an LMFT, and hold a Bachelor’s in Communications from Arizona State University. I also bring in elements of mindfulness and body-based awareness through my RYT 200-hour yoga certification.

In addition to private coaching, I’ve led executive development programs, mentored new coaches, and facilitated group learning for teams and organizations.

But more than any credential, my clients work with me because I hold safe, grounded space for them to come home to themselves — without judgment, pressure, or the need to “fix.”

The Process We’ll Walk Together

1. Reconnect

We begin by creating space for the parts of you that feel lost, silenced, or overwhelmed.
This includes deep emotional work with your inner child, nervous system regulation, and reclaiming your right to feel, want, and choose.

3. Realign

Now that you’re grounded in who you are and what you need, we realign your choices — in work, relationships, and daily life — so they reflect you. This phase is about learning to live from that inner compass, consistently.

2. Rebuild

Once we’ve reconnected to your core self, we start rebuilding your internal boundaries.
Together, we explore what safety, clarity, and choice actually feel like in your body — and how to honor them in real time.

4. Root

Here, we integrate your progress into sustainable habits, rituals, and ways of being. You’ll leave with not just insight, but tools and structure to support your self-led life long after our sessions end.

What It Looks Like

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (minimum 4)

  • Trauma-informed, somatic, and coaching-based support

  • Personalized practices, not pre-made worksheets

  • A private space to explore, feel, decide, and grow

Sliding Scale: $160–$200 USD/session
Minimum Commitment: 4 sessions

Spaces are limited and fill up quickly (I only take on 3 clients at a time).
