About Marisol

Coaching for healers, helpers, and the ones who never learned to say no.

I know what it’s like to hold everything together while quietly unraveling inside.

I grew up in a world that taught me to absorb emotions, fix crises, and say yes — even when it cost me my own peace. For years, I shaped my life around the needs of others, believing that my worth was measured by how much I could carry.

Eventually, the weight caught up with me — in my relationships, in my body, and in moments when anxiety made even simple choices feel impossible.

What changed everything wasn’t one big breakthrough — it was a thousand small choices to come back to myself:

Boundaries. Stillness. Breath. Therapy. Letting go of guilt. Learning to live in a body that felt safe. Remembering that my life belonged to me.

Today, I help others create that same transformation.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1,000+ hours of coaching experience. I specialize in guiding sensitive, soulful professionals — therapists, coaches, caretakers, creatives, business owners — out of survival mode and into self-led living.

My coaching blends:

  • Somatic practices & nervous system work

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Energy Leadership (ELI)

  • Boundaries & communication tools

  • Trauma-informed care grounded in real life

More importantly, I hold safe, grounded space for people to remember who they truly are — without judgment, pressure, or the need to “fix.”

Why People Work With Me

“I have a gift for helping people reconnect with what lights them up — the things that make them feel alive and true to themselves. My work is about helping you build a life that flows from that spark, instead of just going through the motions.”

A Few Things That Make Me, Me:

  • I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) and hold dual citizenship in the U.S. and Mexico.

  • I’m obsessed with music, essential oils, poetry, and wandering through art museums.

  • I’m certified as a trauma-informed facilitator and as a yoga teacher (RYT 200-hour).

  • I live with two beautiful Xoloitzcuintli dogs who remind me every day how to be present.

Let’s build the foundation you never had — together.
