ABOUT
HOW I GOT HERE
The short version.
I've never been great at the expected path. I left high school early for college, moved to San Francisco alone at 19, and worked my way through HR, operations, and sales jobs until I was the one managing people.
Then I left the 9-to-5 with no plan. What I found was the work I'm actually good at: sitting with someone in the messy middle of something and helping them find their next move.
Now I coach business owners and leaders, and I run the coaching program at a construction company. Along the way I've worked with apprentices, job seekers, and new managers too. Different rooms, same pattern. People don't need another framework. They need someone to think with.
That's not a skills gap. It's a support gap.
WHAT I DO
Today I manage the coaching program at a consulting company, where I coach professionals and leaders and serve as the subject matter expert on the Energy Leadership Index. I also run my own practice, coaching leaders and partnering with organizations on how they develop their people.

How I work
Safety first, then accountability.
I'm trauma-informed, which in a workplace means something practical: people can't learn or change while they feel threatened. I build the safety first, then the accountability.

OUTSIDE OF WORK
I live in Malinalco, Mexico, with my son, my partner, and our Xoloitzcuintle. I grew up between Washington State and Southern California, and I've lived in Mexico since 2021. Most days include at least an hour outside, looking at the mountains.
