Why voice and not tactics
You've probably tried the tactics. Different platform, different hook, different posting schedule. Some of it worked for a week.
Tactics assume you already know how you sound. Most people who come to me don't — not for lack of personality, but because somewhere along the way they learned the real version wouldn't be taken seriously. So they built a professional voice on top of it.
It works, technically. It just costs something to maintain, and people can hear the seam.
That's not a marketing problem to be tested. It's a voice problem, and no amount of A/B testing fixes a voice you don't trust.
How we work
We find the actual voice.
How you talk when you're not performing. What you've been editing out that was the interesting part. What you're unwilling to say, and whether that's protection or habit.
We build the capacity to use it.
Being visible is a nervous system event, not a willpower one. When people freeze at the publish button it's rarely because they don't know what to write. We work with what actually happens in your body, because that's the part the marketing advice skips.
We make it repeatable.
Rhythms and structure you can hold on a normal week. Not a launch week. Not your best week.

A voice guide — Roughly: how you actually sound, the phrases that are yours, what to stop saying, and worked examples of your voice applied to your real posts.
Beyond that: the ability to write in your own voice without a forty-minute stall first, and a way of working you can keep after we stop.
