About Michael Multari:
Based in Cali, Colombia I am a life-long learner, I am passionate about serving others on their personal journeys, I live for traveling, I welcome new experiences that broaden my worldview and adventures that inspire a sense of awe and wonder.
Born in the USA, New Jersey, but spent most of my life in Santa Fe, NM; the Land of Enchantment. I had an excellent and fulfilling 26-year career in education as a teacher and administrator, but felt the urge for a new path and adventure.
In July of 2019, I sold all of my possessions: house, SUV, furniture etc. and moved to Cali, Colombia with three suitcases in my hands. My dream as a teenager was to make money traveling, so I hit the reset button and did it!
I created Todo Bien Colombia, a travel company dedicated to supporting Americans who wish to visit Colombia! Then the pandemic hit several months later, which created a new opportunity in Coaching.
My former Head of School reached out and invited me to join his new coaching business: Coaching@Altitude. I have been coaching independent school leaders for two years and last year started my second business: Multari Coaching. I love my life and I am grateful for all that I have received. Serving others through coaching has been truly a gift and I look forward to continuing my support of clients as they navigate and seek lives of greater purpose.
